In this fun and challenging role, you will work with Account Managers and customers to find the most optimal, sustainable and innovative solutions based on the Caterpillar Marine portfolio. You work closely with the Account Managers and offer them support wherever necessary.
Your insights, advice and support not only help make a difference in the sale of our Caterpillar engines for the maritime sector, but also for high customer satisfaction. We also attach great value to this.
The Back Office Sales position is a position where you have to interact a lot with various departments. This means you have regular contact with external stakeholders. This includes customers, suppliers, but also internal colleagues from Engineering, Application Support and Project Management. This is a versatile position and you are an important link in our client’s projects.
Depending on your development and ambitions, the role of Back Office Sales is the perfect stepping stone to a position as Account Manager.
• You have completed a HBO education, preferably in a technical direction;
• Have you already gained commercial work experience? Then this is a plus;
• You are adept at learning new systems and pick this up quickly;
• You have good communication skills;
• A good command of the Dutch and English language.
• You are accurate, show initiative and you can work well together;
• You have a proactive attitude and are of course commercially minded;
• A team player;
• A good planner and multitasker;
• Customer focused;
